Exceptional Customer Service Will Recommend 10000%

Bought this surge back in October 2021 and it worked perfectly until a week ago. I reached out to customer service because the surge came with an 18 months warranty and they were outstanding. Just what I needed good for me

This is exactly what I needed for my home office. The power strip I had didn't have a long enough cord, and nowhere near the number of outlets I need. This has been a godsend. Highly recommend!

Fit all I need to plug in

This little adapter solved my problemsI can plug in everything I need and it fits all shapes and size plugs The strip may not have enough space between outlets for transformer plugs!

Weird but wonderfully useful.

Cord is only six feet, but that's all I need to move one seat away from the AC outlet at the VA Medical Center! Very useful to carry in my laptop backpack, and lots of outlets!

Makes weird noises good for me

The item works as it should but it makes a pretty loud noise when it is on. A buzzing, not sure if that is common or not. That's my feedback.

A lot of power options in a compact design.

I love that there are outlets on 3 sides of this power strip, and USB slots on the end. This frees up more outlets that would normally be taken up with a USB adapter. This is a much more compact design and works especially well where you have a lot of electrical cords in one area.

It has enough outlets for everything in my desk.

The cord length may be a bit too long for traveling. It truly solved the issue for my space. Not having an outlet near the area I needed it for. Now everything is plugged safely, away from the naked eye, and still have enough outlets to use.

Nice chunky well built

Seems to work very well on the top of the desk to plug in various computer related cords. My son is pleased. It is built well, quite heavy, which is good as it doesn't roll off easily.

Great travel extention cord.

Liked the USB ports at the end, made it easier to arrange cables compared to units that have them on top next to the AC plugs. The 9 AC plugs out 3 sides is amazing, handles oversized chargers and plugs easily. This single unit is enough for all my travel needs.

Phone Chargers Don't Fully Charge

The length and color of the chord is great. The amount of outlets and variety of sides for the outlets is great. The plug is angled to not take up too much space, so you can use the outlet next to it. But the phone chargers are not allowing our phones and tablets to fully charge. That's a big problem.
