Good program but it has room for improvement.

I like that it has many different ways you can set up your calls so they are not too much alike! It's easy enought anyone new could pick this program right off their own bat without needing any training or assistance from an outside source. There isn't anything really bad about our phone system but there aren't very good features either which makes me feel as if we're stuck with what was already here when hired by another agency years ago (which wasn't great). We also have no way to add more…
