Description of 🌡️ ThermoPro TP30 Digital Infrared Thermometer Gun – Non-Contact Laser Temperature Gun (-58°F to 1022°F) with Adjustable Emissivity & Maximum Measurement Range (Not for Measuring Human Body Temperature)

Highly accurate: Designed with the latest thermopile sensor technology, to allow infrared laser thermometer gun to provide the highest accuracy up to ±1.5%; Improve the accuracy of the ir thermometer gun by adjusting the emissivity from 0.1-1.0 according to the surface material being measured. Ultra-fast: With a distance to spot ratio of 12:1 and a response time of <500Ms, this allows the infrared temp gun thermometer to quickly provide the most accurate temperature readings of any target even at great distances. Various usages: Pyrometer utilizes infrared technology which can measure a wide temp range of -58Fahrenheit~1022Fahrenheit / -50Celsius~550Celsius, enabling the heat detector to measure various objects' surface temp from a safe distance, especially above boiling point and below freezing point; Use the temperature gauge while preparing foods, performing auto maintenance, home repairs and a host of other tasks. User-friendly: The termometro digital displays MAX/MIN/AVG temperature of the last scan, perfect for measuring AC vents or car engines; Thermal gun features a backlit LCD screen, that automatically shuts off after 90 seconds of no use to conserve battery. Commonly found batteries: Temperature gun is powered by two powerful and commonly found AAA batteries that provide long battery life, when the low battery indicator remind you to change the battery, it's easily replaceable than other batteries. NOTE: This digital thermometer is not designed for taking Human Body Temperature.

Perfect for what I need it for, good price and light weight

love it! I managed to measure low and high temperatures for my geckos tanks! We already have pressure gauges in the tanks, but it's better to use a makeshift gun. We already had one but weren't sure how accurate it was. This is good as it shows the maximum temperature it found during the scan (I believe it also shows the minimum temperature but not at 100%). turned off (I turned it off as I don't want the red laser aiming at my tanks unless it comes out when I'm taking a reading) leopard geckos

The adjustable emissivity makes it spirited (and annoying) to use.

I bought two of these mainly because I love my ThermoPro TP-08S and expected it to be a great product. The warranty was also a plus in my decision. I only opened one up and applied it compared to the Etekcity Laser Grip 1080 I already have. The first noticeable difference is the smooth finish of the ThermoPro TP30 body compared to the Laser Grip 1080 which has a tactile finish (on the handle). The second difference is the batteries they require. ThermoPro = AAA. Laser Grip 1080 = 9v The last…

It's time to get an infrared thermometer

The feature list of this thermometer is long and varied. From the AUTO OFF state, pressing the trigger turns on the laser pointer, making it easy to identify the object of interest for measurement. With a 12:1 dot ratio, you can easily determine the width of the area to be measured (at 1 foot it sees a 1 inch dot and at 10 feet it sees 10 inches). It reads from -50° to 1000°F (-50 to 550°C) and shows the high, low and average readings of the current session. In low light, the easily selectable…

Excellent diagnostic tool.

This is as good a tool as the $500 tool I used 20 years ago pulling wrenches on earth movers. And it didn't have an emissivity setting. This one does. This is a very good tool for the money. An infrared heat gun only sees shades of gray. And each shade of gray has a slightly different emissivity. A funny word that means combined energy in this case. What we want to see is the emitted (surface) heat. But the IR gun reads three types of heat: (emitted, reflected, and radiated) heat. This…
