It is very user friendly, it has great customer support which makes things easy for me as an end-user to understand what I need in order to get my job done. The platform does not have any free trial period so you will be required pay upfront before being able to use their services fully. This can lead into some unnecessary complications when trying to negotiate with them if there are issues that arise within your project or budgeting process. Great choice overall since day 1... still now & likely tomorrow will be true

I like that they are very professional, have great customer service and provide excellent work at fair prices for their clients. Nothing really to dislike about this software so far! They also offer free consultation sessions which is always appreciated by our team as well because we can get feedback from them then decide if it's worth pursuing or not with other providers in mind (we usually end up deciding against some of those).
