Overall great experience with 3Shelf!

Great customer service from our account manager, Alex! He is very responsive to questions or issues that arise throughout implementation of their platform into ours. I have not found any dislikes in regards to this software as it has been seamless so far with no technical glitches at all during integration stage (we went live last week). We are implementing an analytics tool inside third shelf which will help us better understand what users like/dislike about how we market through them. This…

  • We did not like the platform's default colors, but they are changeable and are now very nice

Great way for us as parents and shoppers alike

The best thing about third shelf is that it allows me to keep track of my loyalty program data in one place, so I don't have to search through several different programs or logins every time i need access to this information! It's not always easy to know which rewards are available at any given store location when you're out shopping with your kids- especially since we often visit multiple stores throughout our day together (i'm an avid couponer!). Great customer support and constant improvements

I love that they are constantly improving their platform, so it is always getting better! They do an amazing job at keeping up with all of our marketing needs in one place - from email to website changes/updates we need done quickly without having multiple people working separately (or not as efficiently). We have been using them since 2013 when my husband was still running his own agency but he has now moved over full time into managing third shelf's team members who help us out every day via

  • I like that everyone is so helpful no matter what time of the day or night we need help and we've always gotten helpful phone calls or quick email responses from the team
Cons
  • As of right now i don't dislike anything about the service however I am a bit of the frugal type and find I don't use a lot of what's available
