☕ Thistle Moon Metal Tin Set - 12oz Airtight Cannisters for Tea, Coffee, and Spices Review

Leaking, my tea was salted in both glasses and I had to cut it out with a knife. One of them fell off a shelf in the closet 3ft into a paper recycling bag and the lid was completely broken. I've had them for about a year now, having paid $17 for a set of two I don't feel they are worth the price.

Items arrived in immaculately clean boxes and were the perfect size for my tea leaves but were dented as shown. As much as I appreciate fast shipping, this item must be structurally sound (no dents please and thank you). I look forward to the replacement!

I know this is advertised as a coffee or tea tin but I figured since it's airtight it would be airtight too. I'm an artist and needed an airtight canister to store oiled, water-soaked rags in the field while I paint outdoors. It leaked all over the place and wrinkled pretty easily.

First off let me say they look great they seal well and work well but my biggest complaint is they said they might hold 12 ounces of coffee, tea, or an ingredient I bought specifically for my signature low-acid coffee, and the containers don't hold 12 ounces, they hold a little under 11 ounces, so that was very frustrating because I have bags of Had coffee of 12 ounces.

I like these. I use them to organize and store loose leaf tea. The canisters look very nice. I use chalk labels to stick them on the front so I know what tea is inside. It's an attractive way to keep fresh. At first I ordered 2 of these but ended up gifting them to friends with tea inside. I have since ordered 4 more for personal tea storage. I will most likely order more.

They're NOT sealed, they're not even waterproof! The build quality leaves a lot to be desired, the whole canister is thin and of poor quality. I would return them but I needed them and I think I will use them. In protest. But this is rubbish - not worth the money. If I didn't need containers to store light sensitive items I would return them in a heartbeat. DO NOT BUY! They're not worth half the price.

I bought it hoping it would be airtight. As you can see from the video I filled it with water and just turned it upside down. Water flowed out immediately. If water comes out that easily, I suspect it's not airtight. When I pinch, I definitely don't feel like anything is closing. The product itself is also very thin. There is no durability. i will return it

I needed an airtight container for a large bag of pumpkin pie spice. This container seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately the clasp is not tight enough. The lid does not close tight enough to compress the hard plastic ring inside the lid that acts as a seal. Without some compression there is no sealing. Very disappointing. I would return this item but didn't realize the clasps were so loose until I put ground spice inside. NOT recommended if you need tightness.
