Great customer service software for your business

I love how easy it is to use and set up, and how well it integrates with Slack. We're able to get our support team on the same page quickly and easily. The ability to send out one-click emails or text messages is also a great feature. I wish there was an option to send inbound calls directly through ThriveDesk so we could see their responses in real time. It's been very helpful to have all of our employees working together from different locations. This has helped us keep track of our…

  • How seamlessly everything works between my salesforce orgs (SFDC) & slack! Also like having access via phone call for live chat instead if emailing into SFDC which can be tricky sometimes since you endup typing info twice when sending back/forth across channels.and this allows me not to need that extra step while being more efficient at work :) Allows everyone who needs answers /

An awesome management software for web hosting providers

The best thing I like about this tool is that it has enabled me to track my client's website visitors which helps me in improving my SEO efforts. It also allows you to manage multiple clients at once, which makes things easier since you only have one dashboard. Sometimes when there are too many tabs open, switching back between them can be difficult especially if they're not relevant to your current task or activity. Also sometimes the layout of the UI gets a bit confusing because everything…
