Update - 07/22/2020 Timetec has emailed back to my email support request. They offered to replace the RAM for free. It was 9 months old. They provided a free shipping label and I sent the product back. They sent back a free replacement memory in a timely manner. tracking information sent. I easily installed the new Timetec 2 - 16GB memory cards and didn't have to switch slots like I did with the previously supplied RAM. My iMac recognized the new RAM with no problems. I have now installed 40 GB
