The clamp is strong and very good for the price.

Used to craft a table saw attachment. For the price they are sturdy and do their job well. The clamp is used to clamp objects at the level of their base or slightly below. So when I'm trying to hold a 3/4" thick sheet of wood I mostly have to raise the mug to about the same height. Overall very durable for general use. I've got it for a home workshop and I've used it even for occasional use well cropped.

Take a closer look and you will buy this

Small toggle clamps are available at many hardware stores and even Harbor Freight. The cheap ones have an open connection at the front where the clamp attaches. They will twist and open when pressure is applied, making them difficult to use. These clamps are strong on the face making them strong and accurate. All toggle switches are not created equal, although they look similar. It is of high quality and at the right price.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Works well, durable, economical

I have a table saw installed on my panel cutting carriage. Most of my projects are 3/4", so the clamps are set up for that. Now there's no offset, so cuts are faster and more accurate without having to manually squeeze the workpiece and board together. Depth adjustment is a little tedious, because you have to loosen and tighten 2 nuts per clamp by trial and error by fiddling with small curved washers, so bearings other than 3/4 take more time to set up. Maybe I'm expecting too much for the…

All the ways to use them

Bought a while ago just to have on hand. At first I thought of using them to make carriages for vertical milling of false panels, but never got around to it. I thought I would find ways to use them. And I did. I've gotten used to holding my cross-cut slide by the side of my saw stand and they're perfect for that purpose. Also use one to hold my other miter gauge on the other side of the saw stand. This is a great way to store some of your tools with easy and quick access. They open and close…

Only 1 pack is all you need with a little modification.

You don't need 100 pieces. I've wanted her for a while. The turning point was when I saw it on one of my YouTube channels. He clamps the base, cuts a narrow channel from the pre-drilled hole and simply inserts it into the bracket. He makes all of his fasteners with set screws. Loosen, remove the clamp and use it on another. I don't think I will ever use more than 4 of these clamps at a time. Hang a cheap RF reverse screwdriver on the side of a bench with a hole drilled and installed in a piece…

Many possibilities.

After watching a million YouTube videos about tools, I decided to dive in. I wanted to make a jig with a straight edge. I was lucky enough to stumble upon some really good pallet wood and some at great prices at my local lumber store. Assembly was easy, but to be honest it took me a while to figure out how to attach the clamps. My clamps didn't come with instructions. So I went back to YouTube and found a few videos with pretty good instructions. (I have pretty fat fingers, by the way, so it…

Suitable for cheap equipment

I bought these for clamps on a table saw sledge. They're ok, but I'd like something nicer. However, they still get 4 stars for helping me get through my project, and for the price (cheap!) they're still decent value. The problem is that they appear cheap (things are flexible) and have very minimal customization. Area where they hold up well. You can't grab anything above the plane the base is on. So if you're holding something thicker than paper, you need to put the base on the platform. And if
