Great software with great customer service

I love that the system was easy enough for my staff to use, but I had to teach them how to use it. It has helped us manage our database of clients in an organized way, we can easily see how many times people come through the door each month and also keep track of who's first and who's been there longest. We're not using all of the features yet, but so far they seem fairly intuitive and easy to understand. We are helping create a more efficient workflow by allowing our front desk team to enter…

  • Easy access from any computer or phone with internet connection (this is important because sometimes you may be working out at home)
  • Ease when navigating around different areas within software.
  • Can make changes quickly as needed without having too much technical knowledge required

This software helps keep us organized and moving quickly

It's easy to use with all of my clients in mind! There are so many features that I can't even begin to list them out here but it has been great since we started using it about 2 years ago. The support team also does an amazing job keeping me up-to date when there is new information released or changes made to the program. Easy-to Use System With Good Reporting Options

The system is easy to use with good reporting options. It could be improved by being more user friendly but that's not a problem as it's very well developed. We have been able to implement some new features which we couldn't do before. I would recommend this product because of its ease of use. As far as customer service goes, they are extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to get the solution you need. Excellent Customer Service & Easy To Use System

I like that our customer service department can easily pull up all of their reports in one place as well see who has done what with each patient so they know which people are doing great work within this organization! The system could be more user friendly but it's not terrible either. It does its job pretty good when we need something specific or want access/information about an entire group (like everyone enrolled).
