TomTom took a good thing and ruined it

TomTom took a good thing and ruined it. The one I had before worked great and they had to change it. Suggestion to return old P/N 5A00.080.4.

not worth it in GPS accessories

The suction cup is the only good thing about this product. The mechanism for placing the holder on the gooseneck no longer works. With the slightest impact, the device falls to the ground.

So far it hasn't even fallen off at the top left.

So far not everything has fallen off, even once on the upper left bracket on the windshield. A small weak point was that one of the bottom gaskets was loose, but a dab of CA fixed that.

Not worth the money

This mount won't stick to my windshield. It keeps falling! The only place I can get this mount to stay is in the center of my windshield, and it only stays in place for about a month before falling off. I thought TomTom made better quality products than this one. Very disappointed!

I like it, I'm reusing the windshield mount.

Like I've used the windshield mount many times. It currently doesn't seem to fall off the windshield during use, but I can put it back on and it stays on. It has lasted over 1 year but unfortunately the hook you attach the GPS device to just broke!

Worst car mount I have ever seen

Worst car mount I have ever seen. it consists of 2 parts. The gooseneck mounting part does not stick to the screen or dashboard, it always falls off, the gooseneck is short and very stiff. the bracket part needs to be fixed to the mounting part, and it is loose and easy to fall out if touched lightly. Waste of money, I'm sending it back.

Also holds up great on a racing car!

I used this to keep my smartphone (with the GPS timer app running) in the race car and it was stuck to the windshield all day. In fact, it's still stuck to my windshield and it's been almost a month. If you actually read the instructions that came with the product, you will see a small button next to the suction cup that you need to press all the way down to activate the "suction". The handle snaps into place and stays in place. When you do this, the mount really sticks to the windshield. You…
