rods are good, but the fasteners to attach the rod to the curtains were broken. The clasps are so poorly made that I don't think they would have held together even if they had arrived intact. Instead, I use Carabinieri.

Buy two more! They are very easy to install, slide open easily, are very durable and almost invisible in my kitchen. If you are using curtain clips, you can clip the pull rod onto the first clip (you don't need to use the included shower curtain clip). Photos are attached to show my 3 main points.

These are 1/2 inch thick clear/acrylic rods. They are perfect for the bedroom, living room or any room where you need to open or close curtains. They do exactly as described. They come with eyelet curtain hooks and you can also attach them to curtain rings. The perfect complement to the already trendy curtain set in my home. My daughter calls it her 'magic wand' which she uses to open her velvet curtains which hang in a wave/wave from a ceiling track. I attached 1 extra holder to the track and placed it between holder #1 and #2 so that when you pull it only pushes the holders and does not put any pressure on the curtain. That works great. I have heavy blackout curtains on my bedroom French doors. In winter I have some of the large plants in front of the MN sun gate.
