Package Included: 1 x 3/4" Driver clutch bore, 1 x Overall Diameter 6" (5/8" driven pulley), 1 x 10 Tooth Sprocket for #40 #41 #420 Chain (Chain not included), 1 x Drive belt, 1 x Plastic Assy Cover, 1 x Full Mounting hardware Kit, 1 x Aluminum Mounting Bracket Plate. (As Pictures Shown). Engine Compatability: 6.5 HP (212cc) OHV Horizontal Shaft Gas Engine. 3/4"shaft with flat key. Runs circles around the centrifugal clutch.

Excellent. So damn happy. I was blown away by his malice. What else can I say OMG. Of course, put it on my 212 Preditor Go Kart with a p27 Mikuna and an 18" Baffled Pipe. It drives about 10hp like it grew up there. If you're still using the centrifugal clutch, you're doing yourself a favor and get out of the way.

Great upgrade for Coleman mini bike

Installed on Coleman ct200u. I had to jack up the motor and get some screws from the hardware store, but the installation is pretty easy. First, I slowed the bike down, and then I realized that the throttle has a screw that limits it. The bolt was removed and the mini bike went from 20 to 40 miles per hour. I didn't expect such an increase. My mistake was that this is for a 3/4 shank, I actually had 5/8. $10 socket adapter and works great.

Dangerous defect! in transmission and transmission

What I didn't like about this product was that when my grandson wasn't wearing his helmet, he was killed by a large clutch that flew off, ripping the plastic cover and hitting him on the helmet. This was caused by a broken bolt when shifting. We put a new motor on his mini bike and bought a torque converter which the website says is for that motor. Now the bike just stands there because it can't be repaired. But at least my grandson is still alive, not because of this defective product. We also

Torque converter: fits and works, but.

Having bought a mini bike with no jack or torque converter I bought this after reading other reviews. I'm a fairly competent craftsman/maker. I watched a few YouTube videos to get an idea of what to look out for. A minimum of 3/4" engine spacers will be required for assembly. On the Predator 212, the rear oil pan bolt will need to be trimmed to prevent it from catching in the drive shaft reinforcement plate. This assembly ships mostly assembled. This is a Series #1 sprocket only. 40. It'sโ€ฆ

Works great with minor adjustments

5 stars for value for money. I installed this on a Manco Dingo with a Honda clone engine. It was no ordinary bolt. I had to shave off part of the back of the aluminum backplate. It comes with the wrong bolts for each of the Honda clones. They are of course threaded and I had to buy fine thread ones. The cover for it needs to be cut, otherwise it will interfere with the chain and is quite flimsy. I would rather solve these problems and pay half the price of some other sellers. Even the moreโ€ฆ

Great setup for my Coleman ct200u

Seems like a great torque converter kit for my Coleman ct200u. I've only been using it for a short time so time will tell how durable it really is. Although it seems quite thick and has some weight. You will definitely need to buy more shims to properly align the clutch and drive pulleys. I had to add an extra shim to maintain proper chain spacing. Overall, though, this is a definite improvement over the stock fitted to these bikes. Now I have a lot more torque and the top speed is also higher.

Cheap and requires mods to work.

No instructions and a few loose parts. If you can't figure out how to do it on your own or aren't mechanically inclined, buy another brand. I got mine working but it took me multiple trips to the tractor shop and warehouse. This kit should fit the Coleman ct200u-ex engine but may need some adjustment. I installed it but used a 212cc Predator engine. On the Predator engine, the rear orange oil cap will need to be trimmed to fit the torque converter plate. I also had to cut a notch in the plateโ€ฆ
