Perfect for my needs

The Toshiba PA3761U-1DV2 Portable/Slim USB SuperMulti DVD Writer is exactly what I was looking for. I've tried another portable CD/DVD drive before and found it to be made out of cheap plastic and had to send it back. There is a certain weight to this drive, which proves that it is a quality construction. Installation was easy. I connected the drive to two USB ports and my Windows XP Home Mini netbook recognized it automatically. I inserted the installation CD. I've been patiently waiting for…

I'm very satisfied good for optical drives

I bought this product for my Toshiba laptop because I burn a lot of music discs and I was afraid of burning the recorder in my laptop. I received the first one earlier than expected but it was defective and had to be returned. I contacted the seller, they were very nice and sent me a replacement. The writer comes with software, but I don't have it installed. I've tried playing the disc and burning it with Windows Media Player and it works fine.
