We like the faucet at first it was nice pretty easy to install and we liked the motion off and on. Then less than a month in it’s leaking already between the handle and the base where the valve is. Now we have to use the handle to shut it every time negating the whole reason we got it that it was touchless. Very disappointed don’t waste your money.

This faucet physically looks great in my kitchen but doesn't work well. The hot water selection flows at a smaller flow rate than the cold water. I had to get a plumber to come out to make sure the problem was not my pipeline, he even changed the control valve that turns the water off under the sink which cost $200 but really didn't resolve the issue completely. The motion detection works and it only uses a couple AA batteries ,no worries and figuring to set a up a power source if you don't have one under the faucet i got a plumber to install mine and he was telling me I'm going to need a power supply to make it work no it only needed some batteries.

We didn’t get a chance to use it. Had to return it right away. Hubby didn’t want to sensor auto on/of. Heard and seen too many to these that breaks down after a couple month of usage. (Shrug)

I do alot of oil and acylic painting so I'm constantly washing my hands. Before the motion sensor faucets I had paint marks left everywhere. Now, when I go to the sink to wash my hands I don't have to clean the faucet every time.

Great faucet. Love the touchless on and off. My hubby has limited reach due to CP but he can turn the water on and off from his scooter now. I love all 3 water modes. The fanned out high pressure can get some stuck on goo off pretty effectively.

I really like this faucet for my kitchen. It looks great, the motion sensor is a fun change, but after 4 months it started leaking under the handle (saw other reviews with similar experience). I have to put a paper towel under the handle to absorb the water so it doesn't run behind the backsplash. Trying to resolve with the manufacturer now.

Very happy with this Faucet! We bought it during amazon days and it arrived promptly. Being handy, it did not take long to install. All pieces were there. Direct install with no need for adapters. Install took about 30 minutes. Motion sensor could be a little more responsive, occasionally I find myself waving multiple times and being closer to the sensor to turn off. The 3 minute run time is perfect!

I really like the design and that its all stainless and not plastic. However the sensor doesn't always work. Water goes on and as you're rinsing a dish, it just shuts off. The sensor doesn't always work, it goes on and off three times before it stays on.I got frustrated and turned off the sensor. So basically its just like a regular faucet with an on/off.

We have had this faucet for just over a year. We have had repeated problems with it. It drains batteries so quickly so you are constantly climbing under the sink to change batteries. The sensor broke just over a year of installation so know you have to use the handle. We will be replacing it.

We bought it for our granddaughter and she absolutely loves it everytime I talk to she has something good to say about it . Now I'm going to have to buy one lol

UPDATE 10/04/2022:Actually, had to finally replace the batteries today after 18 months. Have not had one problem with this faucet. Absolutely excellent faucet to buy.Excellent faucet for my kitchen. I installed it myself. Motion sensor works great. Highly recommend purchasing this faucet.

This faucet is awesome. Because we normally drop water all around the faucet by turning it off.It keeps water from splashing on the countertop. It even turns off automatically after approximately a minute to save water.I would recommend it for anyone who is a Germ Conscious!

I cannot believe the quality of this faucet for the price. I thought it was going to be too good to be true. I was wrong. The sensor is fast reacting, the hose has a long reach and the different settings really are powerful to clean off dishes. The best part is it doesn't show fingerprints or water spots easily. Very impressed!

I didn't install it but I didn't hear it was a problem. Love this faucet! It seems so fancy and looks beautiful! After you get use to how it works it's a breeze. It is a learning curve if you don't realize it is a motion one. The family is use to it but friends sometime mess up the sensor by doing it manually. Just a learning curve.
