These corner brackets are very strong. Actually, I don't use them for their intended purpose. I needed strong corner brackets to support a 3 inch wide handrail on my boat. It was the perfect size for a reasonable price and they will never rust!

At least two of mine are custom made quite strong, so strong I can't use them. They're affordable, but you definitely get what you pay for. I wish I had taken the more expensive ones for better quality.
