Trailer Connector: A Must-have Automotive Accessory

This is a must-have accessory if you own a trailer. According to my experience, this connector assembly is top-notch when it comes to functionality and durability. It's easy to install and fits perfectly without any hassle. It's well designed and can handle the toughest of towing jobs. The only downside I can think of is the price, but considering the quality, it's worth every penny. So, if you're planning on towing anything, this is a great investment!

Pros
  • Easy to install and use
Cons
  • May require additional wiring depending on vehicle's electrical system

Works great - even on a 2012 SX4

Just installed - works as intended as far as I can tell. The instructions are absolutely NOT available - it couldn't be worse. You'll need a 1.5 inch hole saw to drill through the bottom in two places if you want to get it right. I wrote about the installation, you can find it online if you search. This works for Suzuki 2012. SX4 Hatchback - although this is not stated in the application manual.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Easy to fit into equipment

Very simple, on the SX4, go to YouTube, there's a video there. There is no need to lay cables outside the car. Store the end that connects to the trailer under the spare wheel cover and simply pull it out when you need it and place the trunk on top. It doesn't hurt if you don't have it where the latch is. Installation takes 20 minutes if you have the tools ready and some mechanical skills. All you need is a flathead screwdriver and a 10mm or 12mm head, or you can use a Phillips screwdriver.

Pros
  • Plug
Cons
  • Only available in white
