Overall this is a great product but anyone who has done spot welding should find another job. One of my fenders arrived in great condition, but the other half of the welds had already come loose.

Very easy to install. I painted them black and put them on my boat trailer with 15" tires. So pleasant. They're strong enough to support a 220-pound person standing on them and climbing into a boat.

I ordered this product; only one came in a box. I needed two. So ordered again because I thought I hadn't read the description carefully. Then I had two in a box. i only need two I'm confused. Now I have an extra wing and I'm not sure what's wrong.

Like many negative reviews I have read about this product, I have to agree. The base plate on mine came from one of the spot welds. They're really bad at fixing those backs. Little or no quality control by the manufacturer. Unless you have access to a welding machine and can't add a few welds to accommodate or replace factory spot welds, I would not purchase this product. E-Trailer has the best products.

complete nonsense! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! I spent $200 on these plus headlights, went to great lengths to paint, wire and install them only to have them fall apart in the first 100 miles of the ride. One literally fell apart and flew down the freeway. I have attached before and after photos. They have cheap spot welds connecting the top of the wing to the main wing body. They are actually lower quality than the plastic fenders I had before. DO NOT BUY!

Haven't welded these fenders yet. They look sturdy enough for the price but wish they were a little stronger. Bought these for my 16 year old caravan. The originals were rotten and a dry, rotten tire blew out and ripped off a fender. The tires were also the same old ones but with almost full tread depth. Okay, that's what happens in life. This fender replaced one on the frame of a boat trailer used to build a home build camper as it was a boat trailer and the fenders were up custom cut in the fender to make room for the boat hull and had a half inch plywood in the back where it was cut specifically for my RV build. Apparently, China's communist workers' paradise has not yet discovered the concept of quality control. I mounted these fenders to a small trailer using three metal spars and six screws. After about an hour of towing, all but two of the spot welds broke. Stamped fenders are spot welded to the fender skirt but are only welded on one side. I thought this item would be halfway decent but unfortunately I have to live with it now that it's welded to my trailer frame. After this piece was welded to the frame of my trailer, the spot weld just separated on both sides. I had to tell the welder to try to fix it by adding more welds to the top of the wing and then grinding it to fit, but the results weren't great. There is a wave and a gap.
