I replaced my Intel I350-T4 with this TX401 without any problems. Before installing, make sure you have already downloaded the latest drivers to a USB flash drive or directly to your hard drive. Windows 10 doesn't automatically install drivers for it, leaving you without a network connection. You don't need to reboot after installing the drivers, but you can do it just in case. I've read a few other reviews on here that said after a lot of trying they were able to get 10Gbps but I wasn't. I have two modern PCs that I needed to connect using a 10Gb connection. I've been trying to take full advantage of Xfinity's 1.2Gbps speed for a while. I've tried at least 3-4 2.5GB 1x PCI cards to see which card can get me the full speed I'm paying for.
