I like the lights set a lot and it looked great on my tree, the trouble is the having such a long length of lights and they tangle like most lights to, getting them back off the tree was a major pain, I would order again and get multiple sets of shorter strands if they were available.

This picture is of 14 Banana tree stalks and an Orange tree lit by the 400 ft string. We spiral wrapped 14 stalks individually, then strung a 20 foot string across to our Orange tree and filled it. Mounted underneath my covered patio last winter, so they were sheltered from the bulk of the elements. I rarely turn them off, and they've been working great. The controls are next to my patio door and didn't get hit with moisture, they're largely kept out of the sun except for the few sections that are swagged below the edge of the patio cover. I'm in Colorado, high elevation/dry desert, 4-season climate, temperature range between -5F and 101F.

It has a memory of the last function setting as long as it has power to the function selector and you use the remote to turn it OFF. Didn’t realize how long it was when I ordered it but it completely strung the barn for my daughters wedding plus went to the outside to light up the pallet wall and still had left over. They have a nice ambiance but I still ordered a curtain light set for extra brightness.

After 3 weeks of use, the lights quit working. Did a little troubleshooting and found it was the power unit. It was already past the 30-day Ebay return window, so I contacted the seller directly. They responded promptly and sent me a replacement. The replacement arrived 2 days later. Great customer service.

One thing that I was a little disappointed in was that the bulbs in them are SO TINY that even though they put out nice white light, they're not emitting a whole lot of light because of the tiny little bulbs. Other than that, they're very nice. Same with the colored light string. Nice and bright lights but emits very little light because of the tinyness of the bulbs.
