Defective and used parts

This item was defective had to return and get a replacement. The replacement came and was used parts. Will not be buying this item ever.

Pros
  • Nice product easy install. Idropped the shower head through the cieling and mounted the wand on the wall
Cons
  • Had to return it did not realize it has to be installed before the shower is tiled.

Beautiful fixtures at a reasonable price.

The seam on the edge of the shower head has come apart after a year of use. Now we have a waterfall instead of a rain of water.

  • Although the chrome finish looks sleek and modern, it requires regular cleaning to maintain its shine. If not kept up, it can quickly begin to rust and tarnish, making the overall appearance less attractive
