Do Not Paint for my opinion

Paint does not stick to this, and if it does, it won't dry. Be very careful with this as I painted, put up in a room with "liquid nails" as it recommended and the paint never dried because it's poly. This trim cost me hundreds of dollars because I put it up over an expensive wallpaper. Because paint wont dry on it, the trim had to be taken down which ruined the wallpaper as well as the wall and paint on the painted walls. Unless you are planning on using this as is, in white, don't buy…

Pros
  • 4.About the glue: it's no stick.that no back glue. Recommend "liquid nail glue" use on wall or wood, and "strong adhesive" ,"glass glue" use on glass or mirror
Cons
  • The trim is only available in one size, limiting its versatility and compatibility with different room dimensions and décor styles

Frustrating. best in my review

This stuff is thick, bulky, very heavy & dirty. Bought to use as trim for my kitchen cupboards but I'm not even sure I can use it for its intended purpose because of the weight. I put it next to a can of soda so you can compare the thickness for yourself. Beyond that, the stains & scuffs make it ugly and look used. I want/need white so I dont want to paint it nor should I have to. The description is ridiculous and sounds as if it was written by a toddler. Did they do it like that on purpose…

Pros
  • Paint, Wall Treatments & Supplies
Cons
  • The installation process may prove difficult for those without experience in carpentry or DIY projects, leading to frustration and potential mistakes

Great looking moulding.

Ordered several rolls of this for upgrade to bathrooms in lieu of crown moulding. Looks great. Best way to install is to use two sided tape suitable for vinyl; then nail with finishing nails.

Pros
  • 3.Installation using a construction adhesive such as Liquid Nails is recommended for use on walls and wood. A strong glass adhesive is recommended for use on glass or mirrors.
Cons
  • The trim's rigid structure may not conform perfectly to uneven or curved surfaces, resulting in unsightly gaps or overlaps in the moulding

Fab product. So easy to use

I was able to put this up solo. I used liquid nails and finishing nails. I caulked the edges to the wall. A tiny bit of spackling hid any mistakes in the cutting.(which was easy with a box cutter) kilz and latex paint worked fine. Spray paint stays tacky for 7-10 days. Craft acrylic dried in 30 minutes. I used it for crown molding, trim on a mirror and to make a bookcase look built in. This looks like PLASTER molding. I don’t know if it will give you the crisp perfection of wood.

Pros
  • 1.Decorative and flexible moldings that can be used to trim and edge door frames and walls. Size: 1.8" (4.5cm) width x 0.31" thick x 115" length
Cons
  • The product's price point may be prohibitive for budget-conscious buyers, making it a less desirable option compared to more affordable wall décor alternatives

Perfect to Dress Up old cabinets

Very flexible and easy to cut, it is a heavy trim so I used a drill to get through the wood and tapped a nail in every 6 inches or so along with the adhesive (does not come with). Paints very easily no streaking, I even added a dry brushing of copper to give a antique look. It made all the difference in my cabinets

Pros
  • Wall Stickers & Murals
Cons
  • The moulding trim may not adhere well to certain wall surfaces, causing it to peel or buckle over time

Easy to cut. Looks very professional.

Baseboard installation in bathroom. Used permanent double back tape to install and then silicone sealer along edges between tile and wall and mitered corners. Miters cut with saw. Very happy with product and results.

Pros
  • Very nice product and easy to install
Cons
  • Not self adhesive, heavy, no way to put on a wall easily
