The measurement of 11.1" is not from the center of the square as in the picture, its from the start of the piece all the way through. I thought its longer than 11.1" overall. My rack is wide enough so the grip is much wider than I anticipated.Update: Customer service have been really nice and agreed for a refund. Before buying make sure the measurements as I described are suitable for you. Apart from it, they're awesome and get the job done.

Lightweight, no issues. Spacing is good for me, and the coating retains heat well enough for winter use (my garage has no insulation/heat and I have to heat them and the Olympic Bar up with a blow dryer or heat gun). would recommend.

I bought these for my Fitness Reality squat rack. They fit the rack perfectly and feel secure while I'm using them. Decent price, easily fits the 2x2 racks with 1" pin holes. I have a Fitness Reality rack, and it worked fine. Good distance between bars for chest/triceps dips. Sturdy construct.Minor issue is that the bars are thin, so if you have big hands may be uncomfortable. I put some fat grips on mine.Recommend if you have a home gym and don't want a wall mounted dip bar.

Good fit. Gets job done. Feels a little cheap but hey for the price not to bad. Holds my weight (170) + 45lbs weight no problem.

Does the job, you can do dips. The spacing on the rack is good. They are solid and feel like it, even though I wonder how they hold my weight when I look at them. But I’m 215 lbs and have had no issues. A little bit thin on the handles, not the most comfortable.

These work great and function exactly the same as other more expensive name brands. It’s all the same these were just cheaper and they work great and same space in my gym since I dont need a dedicated dip stand now
