What you receive: package comes with 8 pieces 200 x 140 x 0.15 mm FEP films, and 2 pieces replacement plastic spatulas, enough quantity to meet your replaceable needs, replacing these sheets regularly is recommended to reduce print failures and for nice print quality. Quality material: FEP film sheet is heat resistant to high temperature (204 Β°C), with non-stick, smooth and non-scratch surface, chemically resistant and UV stable, durable to use for long time. Protective caps in 3D printer accessories

This FEP is protected on both sides by a very thin plastic film. You wouldn't know that you need to carefully remove them before installing FEP. I replaced the damaged original with one of these and the wrinkles started right away. I put another one in and it's also crumpled. That's when the user group mentioned that there were protective plastic sheets on both sides that needed to be removed! I was able to remove the one that was installed, remove the plastic and put it back in place.

3D Printing with Fun

When your prints are no longer adhering to the build plate, there are usually two reasons: (1) the tension of the FEP film is not tight enough; Solution: Tighten the FEP with the screws on the bottom of the tub and use the smartphone spectrum analysis app until the "ping" spectrum reaches a peak frequency of 450 Hz when pressing the FEP. Great budget option but not worth saving

I bought these hoping to save money on changing the resin tank liner. I went through all 8 sheets in 2 months. I haven't had this problem with branded FEP sheets that cost more money. I've found the problem is that although the film is nice to begin with, the prints that come off the film do damage the film. A few days after printing, the foil will become rough and the base prints will not adhere to the build plate. I suspect that the surface tension in the film becomes greater than that of the
