Overall I like this palette, my only complaint is the lids latching mechanism. It sticks out once closed and is a bit tough to open. Apart from that it works well. I didn’t fill it too full, to prevent paint from getting all over the silicone cover. I’ll get great use out of this.

When the product arrived today, the silicone seal was glued to the palette in such a way that when attempting to release the seal from the palette lid, the glue would not release and it tore a hole in the previously airtight seal.

Traveling with tubes of gouache is a pain. This little air-tight palette is the solution that allows me to sketch outdoors with minimal supplies—which means I now do it much more often!

It will be a good travel paint keeper. I do wonder though if the plastic part of the container, though sturdy, is the type that will crack or shatter if dropped hard.

The pic with five pictures may be enough for you. I filled the well about 2/3s and the gouache (spritzed and stirred) while not moving into other wells after vigorous shaking, squished into the sections where the silicone attaches to the plastic after taking the top off and putting it back on. Magnify this effect x16 and it could very well be disastrous. I emptied out the well a bit, to about half way. There was less mess so I'm assuming it would be better practice but the little amount of…
