The hat is well made and the inside feels very soft. This is perfect for my grandson who loves getting snow on his face. That's my feedback.

I bought this for my 3 almost 4 year old daughter and it's a bit big for her even with the chin strap being so tight which is normal as she grows into one. It will definitely keep them warm in the harsh Minnesota/Iowa winter that we usually get.

Given a similar beanie that was oversized to keep my bald head warm, my kids played with it and asked me to make one for them. They are very happy with it and love having a face mask when it gets REALLY cold and being able to take it off when not needed. An added bonus is that I no longer have to fight them to get them to wear hats because they really want to wear them when it's cold outside.

It's a great hat but I have to admit it's a bit tight for my 8 year old son with a big head. I'm tight too. But cool and warm! Works great for my boys 4 & 6.!

My kids love keeping them warm in cold weather. The only criticism is that the clasp does not hold well. The straps are very slippery and there is now a way to tighten and hold one side. I didn't have time to sew on small buttons until my daughter lost half of the strap buckle.
