It helps us to track all our clients' trips, it also allows me to keep an eye of my own work load as well which was very helpful for keeping up with everything I had going on at once! I love how easy it was to use, especially after having used other programs in which you had multiple steps for each reservation (like using Kayak). The price point of this program makes me feel like they are not trying too hard or overcharging us customers who want more value than just basic fare search options from their competitors! This can be helpful if your organization does many reservations with different airlines/carriers at once so as an admin its nice being able find all those tickets
