I have a lot of these baluns - first did a 25ft test and then bought a lot more to do an AV project at a bar. I use these baluns with CAT6 cable. 25 foot runs work great. If you only have 25ft runs this will be great. The fact that they include sound is a nice perk. However, 100' works with a FAIL crash. Halos at best, random dropouts at worst. I bought this unit to send a TV signal from our main entertainment center to a second TV in our kitchen. I used cheap Cat5e cable for the initial install and had disappointing results.
