Got mine back within minutes of arrival. For that I thank the company and Revain for a painless return but as a product it failed. Seriously, this needs a "You had a job" GIF animation. My headset has a dynamic mic so the volume may be lower than a regular headset with an electret mic, but the same headset works fine with regular laptop audio jacks. Funny I meant to return this product but I'm glad I didn't; I originally bought this for a HyperX Cloud headset that routed audio to the mic input via the included Y-cable splitter, and it solved the problem of audio leaking through the cable (even when the mic was muted). It all depends on what your goal is. I use mine with my computer. I've tried many different mics and find the lavalier mic works best for me. I used lavalier USB mics as well as a 3.5 plug-in mic. "Golden Wave". I found this less confusing than the app that starts with "A" but it's a good app too.
