Good workmanship, suitable for testing, measuring and checking

What can I say? Made with high quality, the workmanship is excellent, there are no defects. I have to take her word for the weight being accurate. I used it to calibrate both coffee scales.

Accurate and attractive weight

That's a fantastic weight! The workmanship is impeccable and leaves nothing to be desired. I wasn't familiar with Truweigh prior to this purchase but will definitely be looking at more of their items.

Matches the style of other weight sets; You get what you pay for

The OIML M1 specification to which this weight conforms states that the actual weight is within 0.005% of the listed weight. For a weight of 200g that means +- 0.01g, so it should weigh between 199.99g and 200.01g. But the question is, of course, how do you know? To determine this, you need a calibrated, already calibrated scale. So you are relying on the manufacturer of these weights which appear to be made in the same factory. Given that calibration weights of this size cost about ten times…
