These beanies are nice and thick, much warmer than regular biker socks and fit comfortably under a bike helmet. I run it at 40 F and these and TSLA thermal pants and shirt make for a comfortable ride. I gave my brother a version of this hat with a cover for playing football in very low temperatures, he is very happy.
