I may have gotten a bad batch but this powder doesn't dissolve properly when shaken or stirred. It leaves a ton of sediment at the bottom of the cup and it seems wasteful. These are the best electrolytes I have found. They're expensive but I think they're worth it. I've looked everywhere and couldn't find an electrolyte powder that didn't have a bunch of extras, namely zinc. I don't think you need zinc in your electrolyte drink because you may actually have too much zinc. So if it contains zinc, it limits the amount you can take in a day. It doesn't have this problem.
