Offers a lot of leverage depending on how you set it up.

There seems to be at least 2-3 different ways to assemble this thing, but it works great once you assemble it. Nuts on the same wheel with a Milwaukee 1/2 18v impact wrench, it was able to snap the nuts off with a bit of the force I was expecting. Disassembles well and packs into a gear bag (24" rothco duffel bag) which I also use to store/carry off-road emergency gear. It takes a lot less grunting than a regular spider and a lot better than the OEM tool that comes with it most cars that still…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Secret

So here are the problems and I've attached 4 photos1. The socket marked with the picture and the auto shoulder socket clearly show that your socket provides approximately 30% less bearing coverage on the nut than the wrench socket supplied with the vehicle. This is a BIG problem 2. The image labeled as a loose fit shows that loosening your socket means quite a bit for the lug nut compared to fitting the car key socket and this is a BIG problem3. The picture labeled "bent bar" shows the bent bar

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Loose fit, short rosettes on one side. curve rotates. The extension cannot stay in place, it's dangerous to slip on the handle while the other side holding the jam nut bushings is also slipping back and forth! The frustrating part of the job. It has leverage if you can hold it steady, but then the handle slips off and you're floating with it in the air. The handle cannot prevent it from slipping off, wear gloves to avoid catching your hands when the tool slips on you. An amazing invention needs

A true keeper of the best tire repair tools

I like this one. It has two features that set it apart from the other options available here. The obvious one is the extension handle. I see myself driving while 93#'s wife walks in the rain and rips off the gorilla mounted nuts. I had to create my own extension for the other one. Rest assured, I'll get her a tire from the trunk. The second not-so-obvious bonus feature is the spin button. This vertical knurled part is actually a spinner. She will be able to turn and tighten nuts without rubbing

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • There are nuances

Thanks to the extra torque, even stuck studs will melt.

I needed to replace the wiper fluid pump on my BMW and oddly this requires removing the right front wheel to get to where it fits. The repair promised to be a chore, so there was no way I wanted to start dealing with frozen bolts. I ordered this wrench based on the good reviews but it looks like I can get the maximum torque out of this design. Industrial quality construction! The pieces snap together easily and you're ready to go in seconds. Luckily, at the shop that installed them, my tires…
