Universal Water Bottle Dispenser Gallon Review

Works great. It looks good. It's quieter than the one he replaced. BUT the pipe stinks and the water stinks making it undrinkable. How to drink from a garden hose. I spilled liters of water. I washed in hot water. I still can't get rid of the smell.

This is probably the only product I have ever purchased from Revain that I have thought twice about buying from them. This pump delivered at least a gallon of water to my floors and cabinets while no one was in the room. I am very dissatisfied and will not buy this product again.

Received tonight, tried, returned tomorrow.1. The hose does not go into the water, but floats on the surface. Thus, the water is not pumped out.2. The pump starts without touching it, so there is water on my table. It will do massive damage when nobody is around.3. The pump is noisy.4. Connection between pump and water bottle/container is loose. It creates a mess when the water bottle or container is turned upside down or moved. All in all it's junk.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the flex hose is neither stiff nor heavy enough to be submerged in water and 90% of the time the hose just floats to the surface, never soak up water. I was able to fix this by tying the 304 stainless steel eye ring from the anchor bolt to the hose with a zip tie to ensure both flushed out properly and it now sinks properly to the bottom of the water jug. . If you don't want to buy a pipe anchor, avoid this product. Otherwise it works as expected.

I had to weight the hose tip so it fell into the water and dispensed properly. It worked fine when it was in the trash, but the fact that I had to create something to make it happen is a bit ridiculous. Agree with most of the positives in other reviews, I've never had a battery drain or pumps freezing or slowing down. I just plug it in every now and then.
