Although the reviews are fairly positive I wish I would have put more weight on the negative ones. I've had the black matte one for about a year and a half. It still looks great, no chipping. But unfortunately it started with a constant drip, now it's constantly running a small stream. If you go to the questions section of this product you see it's a very common issue. It's not a good price or good faucet if you have to replace after 1.5 years of light/normal usage.

I bought this faucet for my main bathroom make-over and was so happy with it that I bought the exactly same one for the next bathroom. All metal, sturdy and the brushed nickel finish is very nice and subdued. Would buy again. Timely delivery. Good choice

These are nice faucets and easy to install. The only thing I don’t love is with the high faucet it’s difficult to get my face close to the sink to wash it.

This was a great product, super cute and sturdy. Just beware that it doesn’t come with the drain stopper so you have to purchase a separate push up one.

I loved them. I installed 4 of these in my home 3 weeks ago. Today I noticed that rust was beginning to form on the base and the handle. Disappointed now.

The faucet was pretty easy to install. We used a video on YouTube to get instructions on how to install. It looks sleek. The only negative is that it did not come with the matching matte black drain

Easy to install. Drain is not included - noticed other buyer reviews stating this as a detriment, but the product description clearly states dran not included-just scroll down past item description & add the suggested drain to cart. Other buyers also state drips & leaks - no probs here - amazing look and function.

The finished started chipping and the faucet started leaking and rusted within weeks of installing it. The bathroom we use it in gets used once a day or less. I contacted them for a refund and they said they wouldn't/ could t do anything because I purchased their product through Revain.

As I was putting it on the faucet knob fell off . I'm hoping that it will stay after i had to screw it back on. The thread seemed really cheap . I might be returning it

After reading a multitude of positive review on this, I felt it would be the perfect addition to our bathroom remodel. After already purchasing KES shower hooks, towel racks and other bathroom hardware, it only felt right to purchase the faucet as well. I installed this faucet myself (first time!) without any trouble. I wasn't able to use the new water lines because they were too short for my pedestal sink, but the existing PEX lines fit securely. No scratches in the black after 2 months. Water turns on quickly but is slow to turn off (not sure if that's part of the design or the way my house water is). I ordered the matching drain but have not installed it yet - think I might get a plumber since the space is so tight.

I ordered a new faucet to replace the new faucet that developed a pin hole in the neck after 1 month. This new faucet did the same thing in 3 days time. I don’t recommend this faucet due to the lack of quality.
