The quality of this is quite good however keep in mind that it is for installation with a traditional clamping drain/panliner. Which is to say, it is NOT for curbless installations. I did not realize this until the return window passed. If you plan on using a topical membrane you'll need a style that has a flange to bond the drain to the membrane.

We really like to clean look of this linear drain. Requires the expertise of an experienced tiler who knows how to seal and finish the drain. It is very easy to clean, much easier than a conventional drain. Just lift it up for access. Has a nice cup that catches hair and stuff. Cup is easy to remove, empty, and return to fitting. No tools needed.

We purchased this drain for our master bathroom remodel, I was immediately impressed by how solid it was, I'm not sure what the gauge is but the stainless steel is very thick. My contractor was equally impressed and he couldn't believe the price, installation went well and it looks great with the tile inset.

Looks fantastic, it's as good as more expensive ones.But the instructions to install it are abysmal at best.But well worth the effort !

People like tilable linear drain because it is hides the drain. This one has big gap between the drain pan and the tilable piece that goes over it. It's obvious where the drain in located. It's not as discrete and some higher end ones.

So far everything seems to be as it should.Based on the installation instructions it should be a straight forward install.We have been sidetracked by covid so it will be another 2 weeks before we can give a more detailed review

This drain was serviceable. Install wasn’t too difficult, the tray that goes in the drain was difficult to lay stone inside, the tabs are easily seen, which looks cheap. Overall, it works, looks decent if you aren’t a "perfectionist” like myself. I am looking for a better insert that will hopefully conceal the plastic tabs that are noticeable inside the drain. I guess they are needed to keep the insert equally spaced inside the tray.

Product did not work for my needs, but by the time my plumber and tile guy determined it would not work, I was told I cannot return it, I missed the date by 1 week? I tried to reach the company, and they were helpful in facilitating a return. Great to work with this company that stands by their products.
