Happy Camper: my feedback

Box was destroyed. Was loosely attached to pallet. Any instructions or data was gone. Pin box works well. Had it and new tires installed and unit aligned. Up a half a mile to gallon and smoother ride

Shipping is terrible

The shipping they use is absolutely garbage. Our hitch was all scratched before we even got it. It is functional but I shouldn't have had to pay this much for an item that looks like I bought it used.

Really did the job good for me

We had a TrailAir on our 35 foot 5th wheel and the ride was just so jarring that I was regretting to own the rig. Decided that I had to do something, and switch over to the Flex Air. What a difference it made. Really softened the ride and smoothed out the push pull. As others have stated, the packaging really sucks. It was delivered on a high bed truck and I had the driver just shove it onto the bed of my truck. Just like a limp noodle with nothing to grab hold of, and didn't have much problem…

I would recommend this company to others

This item fit perfectly although I did have to go buy longer bolts. The ad stated that I could use the bolts from my original pin box but they are too short. Shipment came on time. I would recommend this company to others.
