just what I was looking for

These are easy to install and even easier to wire. I cut a circle in the center of the ceiling tile and attached the disk like bulb. The box is screwed to the joist approximately above the hole. There's enough cable to be close without having to be exact.I'm using them with a dimmer, it would be nice to have a lower dimmer setting, but it does control well

  • Use the template, nice snug fit, very easy to wire & you can connect several together

  • The light can only be dimmed with specific dimmer switches

Highly recommend this LED

Excellent product. My only comment is the single purchase provides a very crude template to mark and cut versus the 6 light LED that provides a clean circle template.

Great product and better price

Very easy to install! Remodeling my basement and used the 4 and 6 inch for every light. One major drawback though. they work and look so nice, my wife now wants me to replace all of the lights on our main floor! 5 stars!

  • If not sure which color to get, go for the "selectable 3 or 5 color" version -a safe bet.
Cons
  • The light's design is not aesthetically pleasing and may clash with your décor

Give it a try for my opinion

We bought a 12 pack and 3 individuals 4000K lights. The 3 individual lights were a different color. Customer service is great. They sent me a 6-pack at no charge. And make sure you get manufacturer approved dimmer if you go that route

Great LED recessed light, buy before getting the packs

Easy to install, very thin, and great quick connections. Before you buy the more cost efficient 6 or 12 packs, I'd recommend getting this particular version so you can determine which color temperature works best for your space. A 6" hole saw makes quick work of drywall.

Very nice LED. Super easy to install and bright!

So far so good. Install was super easy and it’s nice That it is thin. If you’re familiar with electrical work the install is a breeze. Installed this over the bathtub so now you can see better since the curtain blocked most of the light.

Excellent looking light fixture

I would of rated these 5 stars. They are easy to install and look great. When I went to put up the last light, one of the spring clips was defective. I emailed the company, using the email address on the card, and asked them if they could please send me one more spring clip so I could finish the installation. It's been over two weeks and I haven't gotten a reply.

Less than 6in good for me

Ordered 5k LED. They are awesome in regards to esthetic and brightness. Only issue is that they are 5.8in. I hope this helps someone in the future buying them.

Great product - my new review

This product was so east to install. It even comes with a stencil to cut the hole. The light is bright and its so much better than the fixture that was there!
