All reviews said it's a little loose for little girls. I'm 5'1 and weigh 105 pounds. The reviews were correct, just a bit big. The only downside is that the straps are not adjustable so they fall over the shoulders, you have to sew them on to make them smaller.

My info: 5'4", 145lbs, size M I chose medium because I used to evaluate skirt length. I could do with S but medium is comfortable and the length is out of everyone same as my other skirts so its ok for me the suspenders actually fit me pretty well not sure if it is just my figure although there is some room so i can only assume it is at other is really loose so just watch out cute the little bead on the back is a nice touch and there was no problem with the zipper.
