Powerful and high quality! Great results made easy

Durable and great quality! Great results made easy. The surface of the pan is very smooth and there is no need to oil the layer before pouring the madeleine mixture. I've included my photos of Madeleine for reference.

Great frying pan! Madeleine Pans

This is a beautiful, well-made pan that produces excellent results with even browning. I tried basting with Pam flour with melted butter and baking spray, and both methods went down equally well with Madeleine. I'll try to leave some holes unlubricated in my next batch and post the results.

Dream Pan for Pastry & Bakeware

We ordered this pan to bake the NY Times corn tortillas recipe. The pan is big and works great. Madeleine slipped out very easily. We used a small amount of butter in each mold before scooping out the batter. (The cornbread recipe was great too).

Made in the USA for Madeleine Pans

Besides the fact that I was looking for a Madeline pan, I chose this one because it was MADE IN the USA and the reviews lived up to their promise, a good one to be made and well-functioning piece of kitchen equipment. I'm still perfecting my result, but this pan was very easy to use. Approved with no problems. A great addition to my baking repertoire!

Best Madeline pan for pastries and baking tins

This baking tin is perfect. That's the perfect amount of madeleines for the recipe I'm using (David Lebowitz is my Paris cookbook). I'm an impatient cook, but I take the extra step of buttering the pan and sticking it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Before baking. This will ensure that you release all the cookies and don't have to clean the pan.

Restaurant Quality Made in the USA

This product is amazing restaurant quality and built to withstand heavy use. The biggest plus is that it is made in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Yes, it costs more than the Chinese one, but it's high quality, super durable, very easy to clean with non-stick coating, and we've used it many times and nothing has ever stuck to this product. Never put in the dishwasher, hand wash only, please support Made in America.

Works like a charm, good for pastries and bakeware

I've never made madeleine but this pan worked great! I was watching a cooking show and they were doing Madeleine so I wanted to give it a try. I followed the recipe and buttered and floured a baking sheet. Everyone turned out great! The shape is good and well defined. I was very happy with the frying pan. The quality is also excellent, made in the USA so I expected high quality! It is very heavy and durable and also washes well.

Worth every penny Best pan

I bought this pan not knowing which madeleine pan to buy. I've never made madeleines before. This pan is fantastic. It already feels super non-stick, but just in case I sprayed a bunch of Pam on it but wiped off any excess before topping it up. I didn't have to spray it again. I just wipe it down with a paper towel between batches. I made 4 batches in a row. As you can see, it worked great. This pan is very durable and I'm surprised it doesn't cost more. I will be buying more of these so I can…

Beautiful, easy to clean, great for baking

I like this pan more than others because there are no creases on top where metal forms (hard to describe). These are very easy to clean and very easy to make into batter so they come out easily. In my photo, the pan is greased with butter and flour. The pan is very non-stick so I had no trouble getting it out even when the batter spilled over where I had greased it on previous attempts. I think you could skip greasing the pan, but I dare not skip it. You can make so many flavors and stuff. It's
