I like how easy it is to use, how it can be personalized for each person, and how simple it is to add new users and groups. The UI could be more intuitive, but it's not terrible. The ease to use, it is very clear how you can get started with this tool for your own needs as well in order create campaigns or even manage them later when they are ready!
