I love the concept of this product. but I can't tell what shoe size would fit. Despite the velcro they are too small for my size 15.

Not the most durable when you start walking around with it too much but easy to put on and take off keeps rain and wind out keeps you warm when cycling in winter.

I bought these to complement my raincoat but I have found them to be the best at keeping my feet warm. I've tried tote bags, foil, double socks, wool socks, waterproof socks - I haven't microwaved shoes. I slipped them on over my regular shoes one night because of the reflective material and my feet have never felt so warm on a cold day. I haven't had them in a long rain yet. I'm sure they will work fine, but I'll update if anything changes.

Have had them for six years now and despite my initial doubts about bottom belt wear, they continue to work. You need to buy according to the shoe size, and the table is European. I took these to keep in my backpack when cycling in the rain and am very happy with the purchase. They have a strap at the bottom to keep them in place while pedaling and Velcro straps on the back and top of the shoe for adjustment. I wear size 11 men's shoes and wear them over shoes with no problem. You have enough space for big shoes. The reflective material is nice and the material is quite thick and durable.
