Very professional and kind people who care to provide best service

I don't know how many times you can say this but our IT team at work is fantastic. They always find solutions that others cannot think about doing! Our system runs flawlessly. The most exciting part for me has been solving problems with no other choice than using data from past years!! It's not perfect yet as there might be some missing features or bugs here anthere which sometimes get us stuck when working towards something new etc....but overall it does what needs doin well without any…

I couldn't imagine running our business without it

The platform is easy to use, it has an intuitive UI that gives you all the information about your customers at any time. I like how fast tickets can be created for my clients (and send them via email too). Sometimes there's lag when changing pages or going back from one page to another - but this might just be because I'm using Chrome. It helps me with managing our busy schedule very effectively so far! We've had no issues thus far, everything went smoothly as usual :) Great tool if you want to
