It's a knife, it cuts things

I ordered this after seeing America's Test Kitchen recommendation. This is probably my favorite knife in the house right now considering how much cheaper it is than my chef's knife. The size is almost perfect, it is very sharp and is a great all-round knife for all needs.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Victorinox best knives!

Paring knife! I have a small hand and it fits my hand perfectly. I bought the first ones many years ago in Germany and will only use and buy this brand from now on. Gave it to my kids and they love it too! I always buy additional products as small gifts for those who love being in their kitchen!

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great knife at a very reasonable price

I have bought serrated knives with plain edges and they are very good value. It's amazing how long these knives stay sharp (I've bought several for home and garden use) and I've had a few of these for at least 2 years and they're still sharp. I have several Cutco knives that I really love, but they're also expensive. With these knives I always have a paring knife at hand, even if there are several of them in the dishwasher.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Factor Set

Great knife but fairly small blade and handle

We have a set of Victorinox knives and wanted to add them as they were the same brand. These knives are small, very small. The handles are not ergonomic at all and the blades are tiny. We received two of these but ended up ordering two Mercer Culinary Millennia paring knives after receiving these. These knives are much more ergonomic and have a decent blade size. These are sharp knives, just a lot smaller than we thought. They are extra in the box and the Mercer knives are in the block with…

Stamped thin blades are a blessing to this world.

In the world of kitchen knives, cheap = bad. And frankly, there are a lot of cheap bad knives and a lot of expensive good knives. But it's one of those exceptions in the world where it's cheap and one of the best things in my kitchen. The secret of this guy's success lies in his amazingly thin blade. This has the dual benefit of cost savings for the manufacturer and simplicity and speed regardless of sharpness. Thick forged blades become useless when dulled, but not this type. And soft steel…

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • The price that breaks the piggy bank

Must buy another.

This knife looks exactly like the Revain picture, in a simple packaging that looks more rounded than the other picture. Otherwise it's an excellent little knife. The blade looks cheap, but it's not. We have been using this daily and universally for more than two weeks now and are testing its use with great success. Slicing pumpkin, peeling peaches (for barbecue sauce), slicing cucumbers, slicing onions, peeling apples, slicing apples, opening bags. , slicing chicken and other uses were easy…

  • Very good value for money

Sharp and effective at a great price!

After looking at reviews of many, many paring knives with different prices, I settled on Victorinox and the price couldn't be better! A good paring knife is also a simple necessity for everyday kitchen prep. As a multifunctional knife, I use it for cutting vegetables, eyeballing potatoes, peeling fruit, or peeling strawberries. You can go to a trendy kitchen store and spend a few hundred dollars on this simple knife. I don't find it necessary as I mainly use it for fruit and veg. A paring knife

Its nice little parer

My personal favorite parer is the Global parer, super light and very strong; it looks like an extension of my hand. But my husband hates the handle so when we needed another paring knife I decided to try this one after hearing that Victorinox makes amazing knives for the price and he very much prefers the handle and feel of it. . He's tall and has big hands, so I think a long handle is better for him, and he doesn't like metal handles either. I liked it even though I love pens myself. At least…
