One of the reasons I bought this monitor was so I could get rid of my desktop speakers, but that's not going to happen. The speakers are only 2W which means they don't produce much sound and since the speakers are mounted on the back of the monitor the sound is barely audible. The item was well packaged and arrived safely. It only took five minutes to set up the monitor, assemble the stand, connect the power cord, audio cable and VGA cable. Both Windows 10 and my graphics card recognized the monitor immediately, I downloaded the latest drivers and registered the product on the ViewSonic website. The monitor is excellent, the controls are impractical. The speakers are really weak, and there are practically none, I bought it specifically so that the sound was better than the laptop and not for gaming or anything else, so it was disappointing that the speakers were worse than the laptop.

This is the perfect monitor and excellent value for money. I had to replace my old View sound monitor that I had for years and it eventually died. I decided to order another ViewSonic as I was so lucky with my old one. I am very happy with it. I use it as an extra monitor for work, ideal for a small area. I highly recommend.

The monitor worked fine for about a month. It started to flicker and freeze. I logged out a few times and it worked again. Then it happened again. after 2 days is ok. It happened again, and this time I had to turn off the monitor for several hours. I thought it might be my new laptop and not a monitor. No, it's a monitor. It's too late to return the monitor now, so that's a hundred dollars for a faulty monitor that I can no longer use. Very upset.

They have integrated turning off into the menu, turning off can be very annoying. I'll never buy anything like that again. Poor power cut method aside, it performs as you would expect from a 1080p monitor at 60Hz

I'm not a professional photographer but we use Adobe Photoshop for a small graphic design business and they work great. Sure there are much better monitors out there, but I don't make a living from books. I spent way too much time reading to find the right monitors and just wrapped them up and bought them net. Glad you did!

3rd day with this monitor and everything is fine. Easy setup. I use it as a second monitor for my home office. That's my feedback.

Bought 4 units for my dentist chairs - speakers aren't the best but I don't want to blow up the room. The only problem or I had to tamper with the mount. Hopefully they are available as my office needs to move forward.

Someone gave me a video camera because of poor eyesight and the monitor didn't work, but most importantly it still works. These children's devices are expensive and worth repairing. The Vesa mount made it perfect for me. Only reason not 5 stars is no HDMI but also no bump. From DVI to Hdmi Conferter for my second device.
