Have had it for several months now. It works great and we really like it. However, when I first got it, I saw a dead pixel right in the center of the monitor. However, after a few days of use, it kind of disappeared from the screen and hasn't appeared since. I'm not sure how it healed itself but I'm glad it's gone. Whether it's displaying faster gaming action (Crysis, COD4, World in Conflict, etc.) or watching movies or sports, this monitor handles it all without a hitch. I highly recommend.

All I did was plug it in and there was a crisp, clear picture. I don't play games so I can speak about the speed but there are no issues with movies. I love the wide screen in everything I do.

I work at the University of California, Santa Cruz and we need to read and edit documents related to university policies and regulations. It's very convenient to have a big screen to browse the web and quickly scan a document before printing. The colors are wonderful and the resolution is excellent for both images and text. The screen flickers very badly for the first 20 minutes after switching on and then continues to flicker non-stop. This happens in an office with a room temperature of 75 degrees. This ViewSonic flat panel replaces the usual large ViewSonic screen that I've had for about 5 years with no problems. The flat panel offers the same vivid colors and large picture as my first ViewSonic. The screen arrived well packaged, was easy to set up and has been running for weeks with no problems.
