Disappointment: Air scoops and vents on the hood

Item looks thin in the picture but it isn't. The color listed is RED, the one sent was Silver, although it is said that colors may vary. They have to clarify that. SENT BACK.

Pros
  • Fits me great
Cons
  • Everything is fine

No paint just a cheap granny aluminum stick

Not as described. Functional but too expensive for what you get. Described as red, not anodized to any color. Just a cheap aluminum monopod. Wouldn't do it again.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging

Full aluminum bonnet support.

This canopy leg is made entirely of aluminum and features a twist-lock mechanism that allows you to adjust the canopy leg to your desired length. It's incredibly light, portable and compact. However, because it's made of aluminum, it doesn't feel very heavy like the steel hood pillars of, say, the Lisle brand. I have a feeling it might crush itself if I ever bump into it in a car crash. I use it all the time at work to support the hoods on poorly buoyant cars, but still on mid-size, light-duty…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Things to know
