Excellent Platform - Great Customer Service

I love having access to our entire account team when we need help with any of their programs! Their support staff has been incredible and are always willing to take phone calls or emails from us even during times where they're closed (which happens often due to inclement weather). We've had great success using Vistex for our PPC campaigns. Our ROI has increased dramatically since utilizing them as an agency partner. Pros
  • The ability be able see my ads in real time versus waiting until end day.
  • Easy reporting options both historical & current/current period stats available immediately upon request, easy exporting into Excel if you use Google sheets already :)
Cons
  • No tracking metrics via URL shorteners suchas bitly
  • Can't pull impressions data per ad group instead just overall total number

Very good Customer Service and Product!!

I've used many of these types of programs but never quite found something as robust or intuitive as vGToM. It's not perfect by any means - sometimes data entry isn't accurate which doesn't help my workflow much when entering orders manually. However their team has been very responsive with our questions/feedback requests (we're also using them for customer service). Our main goal was improving efficiency within an already existing system rather then creating yet another product from scratch…
