I wanted a cold water cooler only (no need to waste electricity on hot water). This device meets all requirements and is easy to clean. A slight hum as it cools, but barely noticeable.

It was exactly what I was looking for in a water dispenser. The faucets allow you to quickly fill cups or bottles with water while cool, refreshing water flows from the cold faucet. The device was delivered clean and faster than expected. It was a good buy.

Cup rim slightly raised. My cup doesn't fit him well. I have work so don't worry. The biggest problem is that the dimensions of the tank are too small. When you change your water bottle, it's almost impossible to keep the water from splashing on the floor.

We are tired of renting a cold/room temperature dispenser from our water supplier. Vitapur price was good. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition and was easy to install. The temperature of the cold can be regulated on the back of the dispenser, but I was happy with the factory setting. It may seem to some that it makes a little noise during operation, but I don't see this as a problem. We are glad we bought it.

cooling unit makes more noise than grills. That thing squeaks so loud you can hear it all over the house. finally turned off. Room temperature and cold water valves stay open when released, often resulting in overflow and spillage. The device is short enough that it can be bent far forward to fill jugs or a dog bowl if that is too difficult. This product is nothing short of uncomfortable and disappointing

This might be perfect for those who want a small block and use bottles that need to be punctured, but we fill our own bottles and the tank is tiny. I should have chosen a different model. I spray water everywhere no matter how fast I put on 3 gallon bottles. I can't imagine putting a 5 gallon bottle on top of this thing. It's thin and easily tips over with a little push. It's also noisy and the water flow comes out slowly.

when I saw this product I liked the size very much, unfortunately a lot of water is lost trying to put new jugs on it, it is poorly designed from a technical point of view. I even asked several different people to set up a bin for me, and each time I had to wrap a towel around the base of the jack to avoid splattering on my hardwood floor. I was disappointed, it's well built just not very well designed. I had a previous bubbler from my kitchen and never had a problem with spills
