Vivotek Review

I like that vivoteks customer service is excellent when you have questions or need help with your products- they are always very helpful! One of my favorite features about this system it how easy to install/set up at home and manage from anywhere using their web applications. There really isn't anything i dislike so far but if there were improvements to other aspects we may see them improve as well over time.- Easy access for our customers to view videos remotely through mobile devices…

I like how the system is set up for ease of use. It's easy to configure and easy to use. It's a little on the expensive side but it's a great product. I would say that the customer support could be a little better. I think that they could give more examples of how to use the software.
